READY FOR MY CLOSE UP: Acting for the Camera.
For students wanting to catch that “big break,” Sage is proud to offer a brand-new class on the art of the audition, specifically for film and television! Working with our professional and industry working instructor, students will learn proper on-camera technique for this unique acting style to give them the skills and knowledge they need, as well as tips and tricks on how to stand out in this competitive field. . In this new class students learn on-camera audition techniques in a one-on-one style where our professional and industry working instructor prepares the students for professional-style auditions and work environments.

Alicia Regan (instructor) is a founding ensemble member of Raue Center’s Williams Street Rep recently playing Blanche in their production Streetcar Named Desire. She received her MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School in New York City and while in NY appeared in over 20 Off-Broadway Productions at the DR2 Theatre, Signature Theatre, Circle in the Square, Jose Quintero Theatre and The Actors Studio. She will be featured in the much anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (March 2016). Other credits include: Television: Sex and the City, Sopranos, Law & Order SVU, All My Children & The New Addams Family. Alicia has also appeared in numerous national & regional commercials, industrial films, and voice-overs for television and radio. Alicia is also a member of the Actors Studio.
